Dr. Dac Vu, MD, Chief Executive Officer of TECQ Partners, leads the organization’s mission to help healthcare providers excel in value-based care. With extensive experience in risk-based contracting and clinical operations, he combines medical informatics, administrative leadership, and clinical expertise to drive quality and efficiency. Dr. Vu is also President & CEO of Van Lang IPA and a graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School with residency training at UC Irvine.

Ken Satrom, General Manager & President of TECQ Partners, brings over two decades of healthcare leadership experience spanning operations, risk-based contracting, and provider performance programs. He has led initiatives in revenue optimization, risk adjustment, and quality improvement across Medicare and Medicaid markets. Prior to TECQ Partners, Ken held senior leadership roles at Anthem, Cigna, and Amerigroup, where he partnered with regulators and providers to advance value-based care.

Sheila Muller, RN, serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at TECQ Partners, where she champions a culture of integrity and compliance. With decades of leadership in nursing and managed care, Sheila has advised regulators, health plans, and healthcare organizations on strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband in the Texas Hill Country and visiting her grandchildren.

Tammy Rehkemper, CPA, CGMA, serves as Controller and Director of Human Resources for TECQ Partners. With over 25 years of experience as a corporate controller and more than 38 years in accounting and finance, she brings deep expertise in GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and audit management. Tammy has led multi-million-dollar operations across diverse industries and oversees all financial, payroll, and HR functions at TECQ Partners. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
